She is the Founder/Executive Director of 3 Daughters and 1000 Sons, a nonprofit dedicated to providing free criminal record expungement services and empowering justice-impacted individuals. With a vision for systemic change, Sandra blends legal advocacy, workforce development, and housing innovation to build pathways to opportunity. She is also the founder of SK2 Enterprises LLC, advancing community-driven real estate and economic development projects. Sandra’s work reflects her unwavering commitment to second chances, equity, and creating lasting impact across Missouri

Tepra Wells serves as the Digital Marketing Executive for 3 Daughters and 1000 Sons, bringing creativity, consistency, and strategic visibility to the organization’s online presence. As one of the “Daughters,” Tepra understands the mission at a personal level and uses her passion for storytelling to keep the community informed, inspired, and connected.

Tepra manages and elevates the organization’s social media presence across LinkedIn and Facebook, ensuring that every program, milestone, and community success is front and center. She captures dynamic video content during expungement clinics, resource fairs, and speaking engagements, transforming real-time community impact into compelling digital narratives.

In addition to her work within the nonprofit, Tepra brings the professional strength of her own business, Tepra Marketing Co., offering marketing expertise that enhances brand visibility and amplifies the mission. Her eye for detail and commitment to impactful communication help ensure that the work of 3 Daughters and 1000 Sons reaches the families, partners, and supporters who need it most.

 **Carol Owens  Administrative Assistant 3 Daughters and 1000 Sons**  Carol Owens is the heartbeat of the front desk at 3 Daughters and 1000 Sons, serving as the Administrative Assistant who keeps the organization running smoothly and the team smiling. As the first point of contact for many participants, Carol handles client intake with patience, warmth, and an unmatched ability to make people feel immediately at ease.  Known affectionately as the “office comedian,” Carol uses her natural humor to lighten tense moments, build trust with justice-impacted individuals, and create a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the door. Her laughter is contagious—and so is her dedication.  Beyond her administrative talent, Carol is also the organization’s unofficial “snack captain,” ensuring that staff, volunteers, and clients have the fuel they need to make it through long days of service. Whether she’s organizing files, assisting with paperwork, keeping schedules on track, or handing someone a granola bar to brighten their day, Carol shows up with heart, reliability, and joy.  With a strong commitment to community care and a gift for connecting with people, Carol is an essential part of the mission to empower individuals, restore dignity, and support brighter futures for families across St. Louis.
