Free Bi-Weekly Criminal Record Expungement Informational Clinics


Our Services & Fees

All informational expungement 
clinics are completely free. 


These clinics provide education about Missouri expungement law, eligibility, and the overall record-clearing process. There is no cost to attend or receive information.

For individuals who request individualized legal assistance, we offer record review and expungement petition preparation by a licensed attorney for a $369 fee. 

This includes legal analysis of eligibility and preparation of the required court filings.

Additional fees may apply for complex records, including cases involving multiple jurisdictions, lengthy criminal histories, prior denials, or required responses to objections. 

Any additional costs are discussed in advance.


Our commitment is to free access to information, transparent pricing, and ethical legal services.
